Danielle Dixon

Board Director

Danielle Dixon is an Author, Project Manager, Certified Life Coach, and Global Career Development Facilitator. She has successfully aided in the growth of start-ups and existing companies, as well as individuals looking for personal and professional improvement. She has been featured on WHYY TV, Moving Forward and Queens Lair Radio Show, A Panelist for Saint Joseph University, and Motivational Speaking for multiple organizations and groups. Through her leadership, Philadelphia’s first Navigation Center to house the homeless was extremely successful. This aided in the organization securing a five-year contract with the city.

Danielle attributes much of her 25 years of success as a Life Coach and Business Strategist to being a great listener and communicator, insightful, visionary, relational, and optimistic. Her passion and natural instinct to see the best in every situation have successfully aided in positively transforming businesses, relationships, finances, personal, spiritual, and professional growth for thousands of people.

Through personal experience and professional training, Danielle has been able to help others overcome challenges by developing a model that allows her to engage her clients by hearing what is unspoken and seeing any untapped potential. She understands, respects, and appreciates the uniqueness of every individual and will partner with them to reach successful outcomes.

Danielle is often referred to as a strategic thought leader who is extremely insightful and relational.

Before coaching, Danielle was a consultant, educating people on homeownership, mortgage, foreclosure prevention, financial planning, and budgeting. She has a degree in Organizational Leadership and Development and has helped numerous organizations with, staff development, strategic planning, and process improvement. Her passion is partnering with those who are hungry for change.

Danielle is the proud parent to 2 college graduates who are both entrepreneurs and 3 fur babies who eat, sleep, and play all day.
